When computer turns on just a blank screen

I get an error message on startup and the error message is

Bluetooth keyboard and mouse recovery: LogonUI.exe - Application Error

The instruction at 0x0000000 referenced memory at 0x00000000. The memory could not be written.

Click ok to terminate the program.

when i click ok i get another error message.

explorer.exe - Application error

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000007b). click OK to close the application.


And when i click ok it is just a blank black screen.

Hi, Welcome to Geeks to go, :)

Have you tried going into:

Safe Mode
Safe Mode with Networking
Last known good config

Try going into one of those,

To get into those when you turn on your computer keep pressing the "F8" key until you are prompted with those boot modes.

If it still fails to load, hold CTRL + ALT + Delete and go into task manager and hit the "New Task" button when you are prompted with a box type Explorer.exe

Also,
