I just bought an iPod Touch today. When I went into iTunes it automatically was able to synce all of my music. But when I went to try and get into the iTunes Store this message pops up every time.

iTunes could not connect to the iTunes Store
Make sure your network connection is active and try again

I have seen people with this problem all over the internet and have tried to fix the problem, but I am unable to.

I ran the diagnostic and this is what it came up with. Please help if you are able to at all. I would appreciate anything. Thank you very much.
