I have recently started to become a victim to these emails, they started out slowly but now they are getting more and more regular, I know they are being sent to my mother at least and several others who are on my contacts list including a gaming site I am with which you can buy PC games from (they are being sent to the help desk I have dealt with) and all it is are emails where it will be an email from myself followed by two or three emails from the failed postmaster. I have been told that I can't get rid of it but I guess I am wanting someone who is a bit more knowledgable to tell me that themselves I have scanned my computer for spyware and viruses and nothing, comes back clean, I just don't know what else to do, I just want these to stop, help please?

They're all faked email headers and addresses. Your system isn't sending them, it just looks as if you sent them. Just delete them or change your email address.
