My screen started about a month ago to go blank for maybe a second or less every now and then. It seems to get more frequent the longer the PC is on.
Everything is plugged in.
I've run Advanced System Care, and I've followed the instructions on this site to clean the PC and check for malware.
Any ideas what else I can do, please?

May also be a monitor issue depending on the age of the monitor.
Try a different monitor or try your monitor on a different known working system. Does issue happen then?
Also could be a failing video chip on the motherboard.

Just an update - I went to Nvidia and got the latest drivers. Now every thing is fine, so thanks to you all!
