i had to reinstall mediaface ( i have the disc)
but after i put the serial number in i get a error.

the license module is not installed

And do include the version of the program, from what I can see at a glance, there are at least 6 different released versions ranging from a beta to 4.0, and also a Mediaface 2. The customer service will need that information to be able to help you.
