xp pro sp3 wont't boot

i have dell dimension 3000 intel celeron d 2.8 ghz sse,mmx,(1,2,3)256mb ddr sdram, 2 ide cd and dvd drive + a floppy drive windows xp pro.: won,t boot gets to the win logo then restarts itself.

Hello first we need to seeif its a windows i9ssue or Dell to do this at the dell logo screen pressand hold Crtl/F11 this iwll allow you touse the delll windows realoder to relaod windows and it shold give you 2 options the first is a complete reload incuding format if you have files you need do not choose this option, the second optino is to just reload winows which should fix your isse
