When I receive an email with an attachment outlook will not allow the message to be marked as read. Double click opening doesn't work, right click "Mark as Read" doesn't work, both reading plane options doesn't work.
The only way I'm able to mark the message as read is to move it out of my inbox and move it back then I can mark it as read.
Any suggestion on what could be causing this?
