Have been told I need a new motherboard for a Gateway Model No. GT5078E with Windows XP home version. Would like to buy one and try to fix it myself if possible. So, can anyone tell me exactly what to buy and where to buy it? Many thanks.

Skyline Engineering Inc. is listed as a an Online Retailer for Gateway. Alternatively, you can get the specific motherboard model from that site, and then check other online retailers for cheaper prices.
