Two words: Punctuation and capitalization.

You mention keygens and patches, which makes me think you have been downloading software illegally. If you do not know what you are doing, such activity IS going to make a mess of your system, and even if you do know what you're doing, you might make a mess of your life by ending up in jail.

Also, when you post an error message, remember to include the ENTIRE message. Meaning the headline, all the text, and even the available choices while we're at it. The "welcome to set up wizard"-message is not very informative, as almost all windows-based software uses the setup wizard. When you use a program such as "Spybot S&D", including the entire and correct name for the software helps others locate this software and figure out what might go wrong with it.

Also, what library are you talking about?

I'm sorry if this seems rude, but there really is a lot of bad things to say about your post.

EDIT:
A little help: The easiest solution is to reformat your system partition and reinstall everything.
