Between AMD and Intel P4 which is better for gaming and good speed for the CPU?

AMD (get 64-bit) whoops up Intel any day when it comes to games and they also run cooler

Amd seems to be the preferrd choice of gamers as most that have both systems say Amd is faster/better for games, I really can't tell you anymore all my newer rigs are various amd rigs. I like amd because you get more bang for the buck.

wow i should consider it then because right now i run under 3.0 ghz intel P4 with HT and i havent been satisfied with it so i thought AMD would be the way to go
