Windows Vista Blue Screen

So i have windows vista ultimate edition (32-bit) and lately its been crashing very often. I'll post the dump file.

Well nvm, i tried to but "Upload failed. You are not permitted to upload this type of file"

so how should i post the dump file... or what should i tell you all so you can help me?

Restore your computer to a previous point. Click on the "Start" button. Select "All Programs", "Accessories", "System Tools" and finally "System Restore". Choose a restore point on or before the last day your computer worked without error. Finally Reboot your computer to see if it loads correctly.
