HPHC_Scheduler.exe has stopped working

This message has been popping up each and every single time I log on to my laptop. If I disable it through msconfig then it wouldn't connect me to the internet. It would display the yellow warning icon between the two computers in the taskbar or it would just display the two computers instead of the original icon with the two computers and a globe.

Also I'm using a HP G60-237US Notebook PC with Windows Vista Home Premium.
