Shockwave Keeps Crashing

Hi,
I use facebook alot and when I am on some of the games, Shockwave keeps crashing, any ideas on how I can fix this?

go here and get adobe flash player and adobe shockwave player..
upper right side...
if your still having trouble try uninstalling them and then download and reinstall them
