Hi, Am running XP with all the latest updates with Outlook 2003 SP3. Recently have started having this problem where the Outlook shuts down in the middle of a 'Send-and-Receive'. The next time Outlook is opened, it complains that it was not shut down properly the last time and proceeds to check the data file for errors. It may the work great for a couple of times and then the error re-occurs.

Have checked for Spyware and Malware using Spybot and Ad-Aware as well as with Anti-virus but have not found anything wrong. No new software installed recently nor any hardware changes made.

Cant figure out what's going on. Any help provided would be appreciated.

Thanks,
