Hi again,

I'm posting this again only because my original post about this was "pruned" (went over 14-day without a new reply).

Anyway, as I had said before, I had tested this Monitor using my older computer with XP PRO OS, and found that from the Monitor's 7 buttons, only 2 were operational (POWER-ON & AUTO adjust).

Anyway, I've now tested same
Monitor on another PC, my new DELL Hybrid (LOL...now that I've finally got it running), and found that the Monitor's problem continues. It actually did the very same thing as before as when I had it with older PC running XP.

Other than that the monitor works great...super bright & crisp picture.

Can anyone suggest any tests (simple DIY tests) that I can do myself to see what could be causing the problem and how I can fix it?

Thanks in advance for any help given :)

If it does the same thing on a 2nd computer, then the problem is in the monitor. As for any tests, no, there are none that I know of because the OSD is a function of that monitor, not something Windows handles. Your only option is to take the monitor into an authorized VisionQuest repair center as they would have any service manual or tech notices for that.
