Professional, easy to understand, extremely helpfull ....
I have usually been able in the past, to diagnose and repair all of the problems I have ever encountered, but this one was much more difficult. I suspected what it was, but it was in the registry on a three week old version of windowsxp, I wasnt sure exactly what to remove.
I am one of those people who keep their computer very clean and knew something was wrong when IE started freezing on links. I installed firefox and began the search for the problem. I found "Home shopping assistent, search extender and shopping wizard" and immediately googled it. I was not happy with what I read and all of the solutions I found did not work. After installing 8 different programs to try and get rid of it, the problem only got worse. Then I found GtG and problem solved!

I have posted a link to your site on my squad's web site (i'm a gamer), and have told them how great you guys are.

Trevuren and Greyknight17
I can not thank you enough!!!
