Major virus, I can't access anything, not even internet!

Hi, I recently downloaded music and got an extremely bad virus. It won't even let me open the Internet, so I am typing this now from my iPod. I have never had a virus this bad before! I need it fixed as soon as possible. How can you help even though I don't think I can get to the internet on my computer?.
