Most of us use Outlook 2003 some are a newer version. We have our email set up to send and receive in HTML. BUT for some reason they show up incorrectly but only SOMETIMES. For example I sent our a test email to everyone tell ing them to reply to me so I could see what their signatures looked like. The email address in question came back to me fine, so I again replied and asked if maybe she had replied the first time from her iPhone or webmail. She replied neither, and the signature was then wrong! So it is not a reply/forward/new email issue because it did not happen the first time.
