Check if your firewall is not blocking your SQL server.
IT is in your processes so it is working but it cannot connect so check your firewall
.mdf and .ldf file need SQL server so this is why you have errors.
Might not change anything but it is a start.

If you check your log reports (its not there anymore) you have many errors that concern your SQL server and .ldf file not matching your .mdf files.
Just open your firewall (windows built in one or third party one) and check if SQL server is being block to access the net by it.

went through control panel to fire wall but could not find anything SQL. would this slow the boot process? it takes 15 minutes plus to cold boot, with most of the time the hard drive is really hitting hard like it is trying to find something that isnt there?
