Hi, hope somebody out there can help with this, 'cause AOL support was useless...
three days ago, my IE stopped accessing AOL. Noticed the problem when I tried to retrieve my mail using Outlook Express. Tried going to www.aol.com and got a "page unavailable" , now am getting a really weird looking page with no graphics, just a bullet point list of links that are on aol. This shows up on startpage.aol.com.
Called AOL tech support and got nowhere. I can access the site using my other computer (on DSL), but can't with this one (on Comcast Cable broadband connection). Have run Spybot, etc, still no luck. Anyone have any ideas?

O.K., thanks for the step by step. I've done everything suggested, but still can't log onto aol or get my mail with my outlook express from them. Following is a log from step 5.
