I was following your instructions on repairing my Windows XP. Everything was running well. When it got to the part of Installing Devices I got a blue screen that said Bad_Pool_Caller. The numbers were 0X000000C2(oXooooooo7, 0X000000CD4, 0X00340045, 0XE105DD54). I'm stuck. The system won't do anything but try to keep restarting the installation. Help!!! I am very computer illiterate.

Your error code 0X000000C2 always points to a driver problem when upgrading.

Was your computer upgraded from windows 2000 to XP
