Hello,

Can you still boot into Windows? If you can, plug in your other mouse and try to run a System Restore and restore the system to a previous date. That may fix the issues your having.

If you can't boot into Windows, we will try something else. Let me know. :)

Hello,

I don't think ComboFix will fix that. It sounds like driver realated problems to me. In the device manager, are there any yellow exclamtion marks next to anything?

Hello,

Ok, what things have a yellow exclamation point next to them?

Also what is code 39? Where do you see that?

Hello,

Ok, I found the drivers you need online. Do you have a Flash Drive to transfer them over?

Hello,

Yes, you can do that if you want to. If you do a repair install you won't lose any of your data and should fix all of the issues. Let me know if you want to go this route.
