I know this has been asked before but mine has a new twist. The comp does not recognize the keyboard. Keyboard does not work nor is it listed in device manager. However, I get no error. Not in boot-up, not in error logs. Have tried differant boards. Nothing. All I can think of is mobo going out. Yet so many people have similar problems. Thanks in advance.

Using on-board keyboard now.

I have found a solution to my problem. I did a system restore. Works for now.

While I was playing with the keyboard, I noticed the lights would flash when I plugged it in (the round connection, not usb). It was a loose connection but the lights did flash. On a whim, I did a system redtore. Works perfect. I have no idea what was wrong.

Sorry for stumping you, guys.
