I keep getting a box that pops up and it says An exception occured while trying to run "C:\windows\System32\NvCpl.dll,NvStartup" Ive noticed that my computer is alot slower. Does anyone know what is going on and how to fix it.

You should try to reinstall your video card driver.
BTW, that entry is not need as a startup. You need it only, if you overclock video card.
