i called dell. they said they needed to fix it on line. i gave them my e mail.. nothing. i e mail them they say call cust ser. i call customer service an talk to 3 or 4 people who cannot speak english. finally get through an get sam runaround. send e mail. i have been e mailinf and calling for a month and they don' know how to activate it

What is the name of antivirus program you have?
Did you prepay for those 3 years?
Does it mean, you don't have any working antivirus program right now?

virus protection installed just not activated, i did call dell two weeks ago an they still working on it
