So I recently reformatted my computer and now my speakers aren't being detected whatsoever. During reformatting that sound test just didn't work, cables are fine and everything, there just wasn't any sound. Not sure if this is a drivers issue but I can't find any, anyway. I know that previously it was Sigmatel Audio but the only drivers I can find are for new high definition surround sound speakers. Either way, I have no idea of this is a drivers issue or not but any help is greatly appreciated it.

If I left out any crucial info, just let me know.

You don't install speaker drivers, you install sound device drivers. And unless you have a separate sound card, you get the latest drivers from the PC maker's website. If a custom or self-built PC, you get the drivers from the motherboard maker's site.

Thanks, I'm somewhat of a noob when it comes to hardware/software. I'll check the site.
