Issues with Media Center on XP Media Center 2005

So one PC I have has XP media Center installed on it. After I updated to SP3, Media Center said that was a "component registration failure" before I do anything and ehshell.exe created an "exception that could not be handled" after I try to watch live TV.

The PC is an HP m7680y.
Is this a driver issue or is it something else?
