My friend's facebook and gmail id have been hacked. And the hacker has closed all the ways to recover the passwords. Can anyone help out? Please try to help him.

If you or your friend know who the hacker is, you might try to get the authorities involved. The threat of a lawsuit and/or jail time might be enough to cause the hacker to return the stolen property back to your friend.

Contact facebook and gmail and explain the situation. They will want verification to authenticate who is calling and they should be able to help fix the issue from their end.
