re-assert cpu core voltage ? Abit AA9XE motherboard, i got this error,

Abit AA8XE motherboard error "re-assert cpu core voltage" /i looked it up in the manual, thts all it says,,noe explination,what to do about it.
mother board comes on, i get one beep followed by three beeps, then the 9.6. code "re-assert cpu core voltage"
anyone know what this is and what do do about it?
