Even though I do not know what Adam Instance eBagInstance is, I have a feeling that it is not the right answer.
Adam Instance eBagInstance is found under add/remove programs on a company scan.
Adam instance on its own is:
"For organizations that require flexible support for directory-enabled applications, Microsoft has developed ADAM, which is an LDAP directory service that runs as a user service, rather than as a system service."

So, I I need to know what "eBagInstance" is in connection with the above.
