Windows Update Problem

When I try to install the new Windows Updates I get something that says "code 646 Windows Update encountered an unknown error."

Any help would be very much appreciated.

What updates are you trying to install?

And what firewall are you using?

I'm using my Mcafee Firewall (I already tried turning it off then installing the updates, it didn't work).

The update is "Security Update for the 2007 Microsoft Office System (KB976321)"
