My computer has recently started to run at a seemingly very high CPU load, and is also running fairly hot... My RAM is consistently over 60% and my fan kicks on to a super high speed about every 10 minutes.

Here is a list of running proccess on my computer

Any idea why these processes are running so high, or is there something I could to maybe help reduce the RAM load?

Download Process Explorer: http://technet.micro...s/bb896653.aspx
Unzip ProcessExplorer.zip, and double click on procexp.exe to run the program.
Click on View > Select Colunms.
In addition to already pre-selected options, make sure, the Command Line is selected, and press OK.
Go File>Save As, and save the report as Procexp.txt.
Attach the file to your next reply.

I don't see anything unusual.
System Idle Process (CPU not used) is listed at 92.31%, which is perfectly normal.

Thats interesting...
I unloaded eset and outpost and loaded comodo firewall/AV, and my computer seems to be running much better and at a lower load. which is nice. (side note:: sidebar was running for the simple fact it has performance monitoring tools on it, otherwise it never is running).
