i love this game and want to play it back now in windows 7 (previously in vista)
EE works and runs fine in vista basic, but in my win-7-home-prem it moves to taskbar each time i launch the game and this really annoys me because if i click on the game icon (on the taskbar) the game loads but only for a second and then it came back to desktop (taskbar)again, the game not crashed but it moved to desktop again and again.
(i can get it working by adjusting the desktop resolution to 800x600 but it only can fix a problem so that i can go to main menu but still can't play the game because when i click on "play campaign" or "play random map" it loads but when in the game i cannot move the cursor and cannot pause the game(can't do anything))
please help quick, thanks...
this game works absolutely fine in my vista basic and in my friend's vista home prem (both 32 bit)

This game is listed as not being compatible under Windows 7, or at the very least, on certain hardware configurations. This is a nearly 10 year old game now.
If you have Windows 7 Professional or Ultimate, you can get XP Mode from Microsoft's website that may allow this title to run.
