I have questions about my computer and why its not working. like i cant change settings on my personalization, i have issues creating a new account and once i do i cant log on to them, my computer is slow, and if i get windows 7 will it fix some or any of my issues?

When did you notice these issues starting to appear?
What were you doing around the time that these issues started appearing?
