I've googled a lot of software but it seems that they all want me to analyze packets and stuff I don't really understand. I'm looking for a piece of software that would help me determine whether someone (brother next door, sis downstairs, cousin [neighbor], or an intruder) is slowing down my network in an easy to understand manner. Basically I'm looking for something with a simple interface that isn't too advanced. The slowdown usually happens when someone is uploading stuff but it tiresome trying to determine who is the culprit. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
