Hello there - new here so please excuse if someone has asked this before! My problem: Click on Start & click on "Help" and nothing happens... No "Help" window opens - just nothing!

Anyone out there know how to fix this? I am running AVG 7, Spybot and AdAware. I have run them all at least three times today and after the first time they all find nothing (there were no viruses at all just the usual ad crap).

Thanks and regards,

Leana :tazz:

Dear "gerryf":

THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! I did as you suggested and apparently I was missing a hhctrl.ocx file. It's now installed and it seems all Help files are good to go!

Though I still don't know where this file went in the first place I am very grateful for your assistance in this matter.

Many Regards

Leana :tazz: ;)
