Everytime I try to open this game I get the message: you need 3 MB of virtual memory to play this game.

I have a Pentium 4 XP SP2 version2002 2.53 gigahertz
512 of Ram

not understanding virtural memory, how to adjust, increase, access same etc. Can anyone help?
