So, one of the printer jobs got "jammed" and I cleared the print spooler and it went through no problem. But now the icon (1 document pending) is still in the system tray, despite the fact that there are no jobs in the queque. I tried restarting the spooler again, it didn't do anything.

Is there a way to get the icon to realize it has no jobs left, and thus to go away? And if not, will hiding the icon on my system tray negatively affect anything?

Thanks in advance. :)
