Hello, smart people! I attempted to follow the instructions above with running Ad-Aware and Spybot, and I do have TeaTime running right now, but when I run the Ad-Aware custom scan or Spybot's scan or the TDS-3 scan, at some point in the scan (usually pretty far into it) it reboots my computer and will not complete.

Here is my hijack this log, which isn't giving me nearly so much information as I'd like. Aside from the rebooting when I scan it, my computer is now running extremely slowly. The internet speed is fine, but the time it takes to redraw the windows and then delete them as I'm moving around inside my system has increased dramatically. Also, I now appear to have some sort of Windows Installer problem, which brings up Error 1628 when I attempt to install several programs, and some of my programs simply won't run anymore.
