Spacebar came off and now I can't get it back on, please help

Okay I have an HP Pavilion DV7-1175nr notebook pc. I was browsing around online and the spacebar came off of it. I tried to pop it back on and it is not working. I can get it to sit with no problems, but it does not securely fasten in. I checked all the stuff and nothing is broken or missing that I can tell. Can you please tell me how to put my space bar back on. :)
