anyone have the equation to convert MBps to Mbps and vice versa

if someone has an equation to convert the infamous Mbps into MBps i would be very greatfull i am working with an account specilist on internet service and i need a way to quickly tranlate the stupid little number games they play into a standardized speed

now i am ticked off i am only getting 1.5 megabytes down and by my contract i should be getting 2

MBps = Megabytes per Second
Mbps = Megabits per Second

There are 8 bits in a byte. To convert Mb (bits) into MB (bytes) divide by 8. Conversely, to convert MB into Mb multiply by 8.
Mb / 8 = MB
MB * 8 = Mb
