Can't log on...Please help

When I try to log onto my e-mail the page goes white like I'm not connected to the internet and then it says that the page has timed out. I can't log into ebay, yahoo, hotmail, anything to that nature. When I click 'sign in', the page goes white and it's got the loading bar going on for a LONG time before it gives the 'timed out' message.

PLEASE HELP!

Hi,you can try other browser, or try a complete system restore back to factory settings.
