Hi,
It could be problem either with your graphics card or may be less RAM memory. However I would like to know your complete system configuration, if possible please post the details in next reply.
I also would like to know, what exactly happens when you play a video in a normal windows media player?

Hi,

1). Click on Start button and type Run then hit enter.
2). Type msinfo32 then hit enter.
3). System information window will open. Select components then click on display.
4). Click on file menu on the top and select save to save these details in a file and post it in next reply.
