Are these legitmate download sites? I went to malwarebytes.org to download their free program and when I clicked on the download button I was re-directed to majorgeeks. I clicked on a link for malwarebytes from one of the threads here and was redirected to cnetdownload.com.

Are these legitmate sites or do I have a re-direct trojan/virus?

Those are both legitimate sites, that are used to host program downloads, etc. No redirection virus :)
