Programs not loading, Spyware Involved? [CLOSED]

Hey,

Im a newcomer here, I heard of this site from a friend so I'd thought I will ask for help from here.

First off this problem is NOT on my PC, Its from my friend's. Her computer will refuse to load programs such as P2P File Sharing & MSN Messenger. The icon will be in the system tray,but when she goes over it with her mouse, it dissappears. I had a great feeling spyware was involved.

Looks like a lop infection.

Check the following items in HijackThis.
Close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

Reboot into safe mode and delete:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Does dvd soft platform <= entire folder
C:\Documents and Settings\monique\Application Data\STARTD~1 <= foldername abbreviated, delete the one that holds Greyfrag.exe

Download and unzip to one folder:

Inside the folder find findlop.bat

Doubleclick it and it will create the file C:\findlop.txt
Find that file and copy the content into your next post.
Also post a new HijackThis log.
