I got a custom AMD Phenom system built and I put a workstation graphics card into it. It’s an ATI FireGL 5700……it’s supposed to give you decent graphics but my TV monitor doesn’t look that great. It just looks ok. Maybe it’s just me and wanting every dot to be sharp I don’t know.
The monitor is a 27”.

How do I get the best resolution with my current graphic card?

I hope I put this in the right spot.

It is most likely the TV does not support higher resolutions, not a problem with the card. Check your TV manual and see what it says about connecting to a PC.
