Several people have asked about how to open a Sony Vaio PCG-FRV30 series laptop a while back.

I have been asked to make a guide to show how you would open one of these laptops and get to the CPU heatsink to clean it, so here it is:

I used a PCG-FRV31 laptop in this guide.

The guide comes in 3 formats-Online, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Word XP (2002)
