i was trying to install my adobe illustrator when it said i had to close the following applications:
Internet Explorer.
the problem was that i didnt have internet explorer running in the background but there was a process showing it was running which i could not end it reappeared after a second of ending the process

can someone help please
i also have tried to quarantine and delete the Trojans found but my computer automatically cuts out and restarts by itself
i attached a log of the stuff found
