I am running Win Vista. The internet connection was blocked by Norton 360. Could not remove it with control panel. Had to download the Norton removal tool from another computer and installed it on a flash drive. The norton removal tool worked and I was back on the internet. A few hours later Norton 360 came back and I lost my internet connection again. This has happened twice already. Anyone ever hear of this? What can I do to get rid of it for good?
