i wanna build a gaming computer and i have a limited amount of money i want to spend (the prices will be listed below) .... tell me what parts i need for the best build based on performace ... i do not need a monitor, mouse, or speakers, i just need to build the tower but iclude the tower in the price

$1500 custom build desktop (whats parts)

$1300 custom build desktop (what parts)

$1000 custom build desktop (what parts)

$1200 gaming laptop (what should i buy with what upgrades)

****** if someone could tell me parts to order to build the best performing pc for all or for some of these prices that would be AWESOME :) ***********
